Party Planning Guide

Please contact the Milk n’ Honey Tea Room to discuss availability.  We will be more than happy to help you plan and schedule your special party event.  In order to guarantee the party room area the host will be asked to sign a Private Party Contract.  A children’s party requires special requirements so please ask the hostess when you call for the Children’s Party Contract.

 

High Tea Menu…………………………..…...….…$14.95 per person

           Start with a hot or cold beverage of your choice

             Next you will be served a small green salad with our signature dressing

             Followed by the presentation of the three-tiered caddy which includes:

· a top tier loaded with assorted sweets and goodies

· a middle tier filled with an assortment of finger sandwiches

· a bottom tier full of fruit, quiche, and scones with Devonshire cream

♥           For Birthday, Baby, or Bridal Showers we decorate with party specific decoration, gift table, hats and boas for the guests to use and use of the room sectioned off just for your party for 2 ½ hours.  

♥           Parties can be booked anytime during regular serving hours

(Tues – Sat: 11:30am – 2:00pm) without any additional fees.  Parties outside of these established hours are by special arrangement where additional fees may apply.)

♥           Confirmation of all details is required 1 week before the event including: menu selection and final count.  We will reserve the appropriate space for the party until you tell us otherwise by your “final count” date.  At that time, we will adjust our schedule to accommodate other parties.  The final count number is used for staffing, preparation, and billing.  Please be as accurate as possible, this is the minimum # that you will be billed.

♥           The host assumes all responsibility for behavior and any damage caused by children.

♥           Prices do not reflect tax and gratuities

♥           A signed contract will be required along with a 50% non-refundable deposit for larger parties
